Q: What type of leather do you use?

KATHÂ Co. uses top quality vegan leather.

Q: What courier do you use for shipping?

  • You may choose Lalamove and GrabExpress for same day delivery (once your order is processed).
  • Logistikus (1-2 days): Metro Manila, Cavite, Sta. Rosa Laguna, Pampanga, Naga City Bicol, Cebu, Davao, CDO
  • LBC (3-5 days): Rest of the areas in the Philippines

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It usually takes 8 days - 18 days for your orders to be processed. Depending on the quantity and items.
We will update you once we start processing your orders, and when it is ready to be shipped. 

Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed an order, we will be sending you a confirmation through e-mail or SMS within the next 24-48 hours.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your orders are shipped, we will be sending you your tracking number through SMS.

Q: What are your payment options?

We accept payments through BPI, BDO, and GCash.

Every order includes the KATHÂ signature pouch.
